Nowadays, enormous pressure of life makes people lose control and have negative emotions easily. They cried and shouted “I quit”. First, you need to be aware of your emotion and understand your own feeling. Then, accept the emotion of yourself. It is because there is no right or wrong emotion. They are all normal and natural. Also, try to figure out the fundamental reason behind it in order to solve the problem easily. Moreover, find your own way to relieve the negative emotions, for example, listening to some soft music or playing sport to relax. Most importantly, it is to change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive.
Emotional management can let you know more about yourself. It decreases the probability of making mistakes by negative emotion so that your work performance increases.
